These Terms of Service govern your use of the NOOKLIVA online store and your purchase of products through the store. By visiting the store, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies linked from the store or checkout.

We aim to describe and display products accurately. Colors and fine details may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, and device settings. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged for the cancelled portion to the original payment method.

You may not use the store or its content for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity; interfere with the store's security or operation; introduce malicious code; scrape or copy content in violation of applicable law; impersonate another person; or use false payment, contact, or shipping information.

7. Intellectual property

Intellectual property rights in the content of this website remain with their respective rights holders. Your use of the store does not transfer ownership of those rights.
