These Terms of Service govern your use of the NOOKLIVA online store and your purchase of products through the store. By visiting the store, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies linked from the store or checkout.

1. Eligibility and account information

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction or use the store with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for providing current, complete, and accurate account, billing, shipping, and contact information and for safeguarding your account credentials.

2. Products and information

We aim to describe and display products accurately. Colors and fine details may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, and device settings. Measurements, materials, care instructions, origin statements, and other product-specific claims apply only when stated on the relevant product page.

We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and update product information when reasonably necessary. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

3. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, payment failure, or shipping restrictions. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged for the cancelled portion to the original payment method.

4. Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and other charges are shown before you submit the order when they are collected by us. You authorize the selected payment provider to charge the total displayed at checkout. Payment services are also subject to the payment provider's terms and privacy practices.

5. Shipping, cancellation, returns, and refunds

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy. Order cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the store or its content for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity; interfere with the store's security or operation; introduce malicious code; scrape or copy content in violation of applicable law; impersonate another person; or use false payment, contact, or shipping information.

7. Intellectual property

The store's branding, text, photographs, graphics, product presentations, and other original content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the store for personal shopping purposes only unless we give written permission for another use.

8. Third-party services and Shopify

The store is hosted by Shopify. Payments, shipping, analytics, social features, and other functions may be provided by third parties. Those third parties may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

9. Service availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the store for maintenance, security, operational, or legal reasons. We do not promise that the store will always be uninterrupted or error-free, but this does not affect obligations relating to orders that we have accepted or rights provided by applicable law.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the store and its general informational content are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or consumer rights that cannot be waived. Subject to those limits, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when an order was accepted.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the store, our practices, or applicable requirements. The revised version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Changes do not retroactively reduce rights relating to an order placed before the change.
